Y&Y Advanced Engineering Solutions Ltd was founded in April 2009 as an engineering company for mechanical design, product development, model and mass production.
The company leads the projects from the initial stage of development through the production process, integration of the system and delivery of the finished product to the client. Company output is characterized by its high quality and rapid execution.

Y&Y provides consultancy and engineering services using popular CAD programs such as Inventor and Solidworks. Y&Y meets various international development standards in accordance with specific project requirements such as: CE, FCC, UL, NEBS, TUV, ETSI, Medical Standards, Military Standards, etc.

Mr. Yuri Chudakov is the founder and CEO of Y&Y Advanced Engineering Solutions Ltd. Mr. Chudakov is a graduate of Kharkov Aviation Institute (Master Degree with honor in Mechanical and Aircraft Building).
Mr. Chudakov has experience of over 30 years in the field of electronic packaging, thermal design, manufacturing, and telecommunication standards. As a Mechanical Engineering Manager, Mr. Chudakov worked for major telecommunication companies like Fibronics, Ornet, Siemens, Seabridge and Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN).

וואי אנד וואי הוקמה על ידי מר יורי צ'ודקוב, בעל תואר שני בהצטיינות בהנדסת מכונות ואווירונאוטיקה מן המכון לאווירונאוטיקה בחרקוב, אוקראינה.
למר צ'ודקוב ניסיון של למעלה מ 30 שנה בתחומים שונים כגון: זיווד אלקטרוני, תכנון תרמי, ייצור ותקני תקשורת.
ניסיון זה נצבר מעבודתו כמנהל תחום הנדסה מכאנית במספר חברות, ביניהן: פיברוניקס, אורנת, סימנס, סיברידג ונוקיה סימנס.
